Harmony Electric Locomotive has been rapidly developed in our country.With the extensive use of harmonious locomotive,the demands of locomotive tooling equipment overhaul are getting higher and higher.In order to meet the needs of a large number of harmonious locomotives,standardize the configuration of the locomotive tooling equipment overhaul,and promote quality of overhaul,the China Railway Corporation issued the“Guidance on tooling equipment of Harmony Locomotive C4 "in 2016 and made special requirements that locomotive overhaul should be equipped with standardized,intelligent serialized and modular maintenance equipment.Charging module is an important part of the locomotive power supply,which is effected by some conditions such as locomotive utilization rate,turnover and the running route.In locomotive running process,the module failure rate is also high.According to the reality of operating conditions and the guidance of the railway company,this paper designed a kind of charging module channel detection device in Harmony 7200 KW high-power locomotive.This paper mainly includes the following parts:Firstly,the paper researched the technology of charging module channel detection in the Harmony Electric Locomotive,put forward the technical indexes of the channel detection,and then designed the overall program on the charging module channel detection device based on needs of the device and the analysis of design requirements.Meanwhile the paper also made a detailed program about hardware software of test device,and then demonstrated the design program.Secondly,on the basis of requirements of device and design,the hardware circuit of the detection device was designed,including the power distribution unit circuit,the load cell circuit and the detection unit circuit.And after that the paper selected and customized the circuit components of detection device.Thirdly,the paper designed software of the channel detection device of locomotive charging module,and constructed host computer environment based on kingView 6.55 software.Then,it planned the overall structure of the detection device software,completed the specific hierarchical design of the software,and analyzed the communication between the software and the PLC,the industrial analog input module and the industrial digital output module.Besides,the paper designed the operation interface with the detection function and the control function,wrote control program of the host computer on the load and power distribution circuit and analyzed the results of test data through software.Finally,the charging module channel detection device was trial-produced,debugged the performance of device detection in laboratory.and modified the hardware and software.In this case,the entire device could achieve a desired test state for the locomotive equipment maintenance services.At last,Field Test data and results showed that the Harmony Locomotive charging module channel detection device achieved the design benchmark indicators and displayed the detection device is accurate and reliable.
