Research On Landscape Design Of Industrial Heritage Towards Creative Industrial Park

In China under the background of city renewal and adjustment of industrial structure,a large number of industrial historic buildings lose their original function and are threatened with demolition and reconstruction.There is no doubt that the rise of Creative Industrial Park provides new ideas for the development of industrial heritage protection and the reuse problems.Transforming the industrial heritage to functional space which is suitable for the development of the creative class,can not only solve the problem of industrial heritage protection,but also promote the development of creative industry.However,whether it is the development of creative industry,or the transformation of industrial heritage,or the combination of them in our country are new emerging things and are still in the initial stage of exploration,especially in the area of landscape design.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the strategies and methods of landscape design for transforming the industrial heritage to Creative Industrial Park.This research takes the Creative Industrial Park of industrial heritage as the research object.It starts from the related theories of industrial heritage and Creative Industry Park and analyzes the characteristics of the combination of them.Next,it reviews development history of renovation and current developing situation,and then affirms the value of combination of the industrial heritage and Creative Industry Park,and concludes current existing problems of industrial heritage and creative industry park landscape design.Then,aimed at the existing problems,based on the above research,it establishes the design methods of landscape transformation systematically,including the macro overall layout and micro design of elements.The former consists of preliminary investigation on parks,theme positioning and overall layout design while the latter including buildings,roads,plants and other detailed design.Finally,with the transformation in the second factory of grinding wheel of Zhengzhou as the design practice,the design method of creative industrial park about the transformation of industrial heritage has been carried on the empirical research,to prove the feasibility of this strategies and methods about landscape transformation.Then come up with the conceptual planning and design,so as to provide examples for such transformation project.
