Research On Landscape Design Of Creative Industrial Park Under The Background Of Industrial Base Transformation In Northeast China

Northeast old industrial base is fading under the background of industrial structure transformation and a lot of industrial buildings and facilities are being idle.The rise of creative industry provides a new use and transformation ideas for industrial heritage.Industrial heritage witnessed the history and the culture formation of the old industrial base.As a creative industry element,the heritage can not only extend historical value and cultural significance of the old industrial base,but also inject local identity for the emerging industries and increase the life of the old industrial base.This article chooses the combination of industrial heritage and landscape design research of the creative industrial park as the breakthrough point.Firstly,through the present situation analysis of the creative industrial park development at home and abroad,and many kinds of industrial heritage protection and utilization situation,this research summarizes the used patterns of industrial heritage and finds the combination between industrial heritage and creative industrial park.Then the research analyzes the feasibility of the combination.Secondly,by summing up the ecological and regional points of the landscape design research of the creative industrial park,the research summarizes the ecological principle and regional principle of landscape architecture design.Thirdly,combining with the protecting condition and utilization of the northeast old industrial base,the research summarizes its using way for the landscape design and planning to lay the foundation in reality.In addition,according to the successful transformation example.domestic and foreign examples,the research summarizes the creative industrial park landscape design strategies from the ecological design,regional design,context and perspective of the spirit.Fourthly,using the Harbin Fenghua factory renovation and construction project as the example,taking the urban complex construction and renovation and reuse mode,on the basis of analyzing present situation of landscape elements,the research sums up its transformation problem as the creative industrial park’s landscape design.According to the present situation of the campus landscape problems,the research plans the project location,target,the target group,functional replacement of industrial heritage and analysis of business form.The project practice starts from the perspectives of ecology,geography and context of creative industry park in elegance plant and landscape planning.In conclusion,this paper studies the design principles,methods and strategies of transformation of the northeast old industrial base to the creative industry park landscape and explores the new thinking of industrial heritage reuse.Aiming at exploring the potential values of industrial heritage,inheriting industrial civilization,and promoting industrial park landscape quality,the research provides reference and basis for theory and project practice of creative industrial park landscape design.
