Infrastructure construction is one of the key drivers driving domestic economic growth,and how to ensure construction safety,reduce the probability of construction accidents,and reduce casualties and property losses during the construction of infrastructure is a problem that every construction company must solve.For expressway construction projects,expressway reconstruction and expansion projects are more difficult and longer-term than new expressway construction.They face more problems during the construction process,and the potential risks are also more extensive.Although some experts and scholars have put forward a lot of construction safety management theories and construction enterprises have implemented many construction safety management practices,construction safety accidents are still frequently reported.Construction safety accidents not only threaten the lives and property safety of construction personnel,but also cause harm to society.influences.How to reduce construction safety accidents and improve the construction safety management level has become the focus of attention in all circles of the society.This paper is based on this as an entry point.Firstly,combining the current basic situation of highway construction safety and domestic and foreign research results,it is pointed out that the existing research results and engineering practices at home and abroad mainly focus on the construction safety management of engineering construction projects,different construction processes,different There are three major categories of construction nodes,construction safety risk assessment and construction safety management assessment of different construction contents,and there is a lack of evaluation research on highway construction safety management risks;the second focus is on the construction safety problems of highways,and the construction needs are combined to redefine the construction Safety management and content,construction safety accidents,and the construction safety accidents are divided into seven categories: falling from high places,construction collapse,object strikes,lifting injuries,electric shock,machine injuries,and vehicle injuries,and the construction safety accidents are classified as particularly serious accidents,There are four levels of major accidents,major accidents,and general accidents.At the same time,it is pointed out that the unsafe behavior of construction personnel and the unsafe state of materials and machinery are the main causes of construction safety accidents;again,the focus on the meaning of highway construction safety risk sources,Explain the basic elements,clarify the mechanism of occurrence and development of construction safety risk sources,divide the construction process into three stages: pre-construction,mid-construction,and post-construction,and propose a dynamic identification method of construction safety risk sources,which will be the evaluation index of construction safety management risk The system is established as a foreshadowing;once again follow the principles of scientific rationality,hierarchy,representativeness and independence,combined with the actual situation of highway construction safety management,the construction covers construction workers,construction machinery facilities and equipment,construction site operation environment and construction organization management4 and 15 categories of construction safety management risk evaluation index system,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the construction safety management risk of Beijing-Taiwan Expressway reconstruction and expansion project on the first and second sections of Beijing-Taiwan Expressway reconstruction and expansion project,and Use the entropy evaluation model to verify the evaluation results.From the evaluation results,we can see that the construction safety management risk of the second bid section is significantly lower than that of the first bid section.Finally,according to the evaluation results,from the construction workers,construction machinery facilities and equipment management,construction site operating environment and in all aspects of construction organization and management,countermeasures for improving the construction safety management of highway construction projects are proposed to provide references and references for similar projects.
