| In today’s social development changing rapidly,people’s goals are not only to survive,but also hope to have a wonderful life environment,which makes a home to live on become more humane,intelligent,comfortable and secure.Therefore,smart home is the production of scientific and technological development and people also look forward to getting production.It loads bearing the human seek and look forward to a better.Now the research on the field of smart home research is deepening,but the problems of the concept speculation,poor compatibility and high development costs situation.In this situation,the thesis proposes smart home control system based on FPGA,which is designed as the control center for system instead of using the traditional DSP or ARM.FPGA has a series of advantages,such as fast processing speed,strong temporal logic and large number of I/O ports,so that it can escort the stable operation of the smart home system.In this design,the Wi-Fi wireless communication network is used to provide remote control,and the ZigBee wireless communication network is used to transmit the information between the home appliance equipment and the FPGA control center.The main contents of thesis are as follows:The thesis introduces the development history of smart home,the research status at home and abroad.The feasibility of the system is analyzed,including the theoretical basis and so on.The thesis studies the whole frame of system,the operational principle and selection of communication modules,and how to expand function that smart home terminal can exchange with mobile phone about the data of home appliance control information.The thesis studies many core technologies about FPGA,Quartus Ⅱ integrated development environment,hardware description language,IP core technology,Wi-Fi communication,ZigBee communication,RS-232 serial communication and pulse width modulation and so on.The thesis explores in the video surveillance module that the improved GMM(Gaussian Mixture Model)moving object detection algorithm and fall detection technology deeply.The functional module achieves that the receiving correctly data of the serial communication module,adjusting the brightness of LED lights in the light control module.timing heating control of water heater in home appliance control module,real time temperature detection in temperature test module,detection of methane which is a major component of the gas in dangerous gas detection module when the concentration exceeds standard,and when someone falls,he can send out the alarm in time and remind his family to help in video surveillance module.In the design of the system test,the simulation use serial modulation assistant on the wireless communication network and ModelSim at the beginning,besides video detection module needs joint simulation test with MATLAB.Then the development board running test is carried out after confirming the simulation is correct.The result confirms that the system can run stably and correctly on the integrated development board and satisfy the needs of system design. |
