Switch machine is the implementation structure of the turnout control system.Its main function is to realize the conversion and locking of the turnout and to supervise the position of the turnout,so as to ensure the normal operation of the train and the safe transportation of the railway.At present,the switch of the railway system in our country mostly adopts the AC five wire switch machine,so the performance of the spot switch machine directly affects the safe operation of the railway.At present,the maintenance of the turnout machine is mainly judged by the operation data collected by the computer monitoring system for the electrician.And whether the performance of the switch machine is good,it is measured by multimeter and other instruments,and rely on their own expertise to judge,the credibility is not high.If you can use a dedicated,portable test equipment can greatly improve work efficiency.According to the basic theory of railway signal operation,from the five-line switch turnout control circuit design principle of traditional 6502 electrical set and analyzes the actual application needs at present about the point tester,the test instrument of the importance of the conclusion of the railway operation.The combination of computer technology,embedded technology,switch technology,isolation technology,functional requirements of the first test instrument is analyzed in detail.Secondly the test equipment design scheme of hardware and software are analyzed and designed,finally combining hardware and software,developed a portable intelligent communication system five-line switch machine the test instrument(hereinafter referred to as tester).The tester can simulate five-line switch control circuits for driving various types(such as S700 K,ZDJ9,ZYJ series switch)AC five-line switch machine,realize the test to check the switch machine and indoor cable wiring.Tester in the design of the actual design process,the first test equipment according to the functional requirements,the test equipment analysis and design is divided into software and hardware.Secondly,the software and hardware are combined to carry out the debugging of the tester.Then the fault code is added to the tester to analyze the fault of the tester.In order to deal with the test result and data efficiently,the AT90CAN128 chip of Atmel company is used as the microprocessor to process the data.The current sensor,optical coupler,switch control module,programmable intelligent TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display,thin film transistor liquid crystal display)module,electric switch machine and external control button consists of the turnout control system.The working principle of traditional analog switch control circuit of the testing instrument,connected three-phase AC power supply,the pressure terminal wiring and switch machine is directly connected,and through the operation button to achieve operating on outdoor switch machine.The current and the current of the sensor are collected by the sensor,and the collected data is analyzed by the A/D conversion to the display storage module to realize the real-time monitoring of the working state of the switch machine.The performance of the switch machine is judged by the current curve and the performance parameters.
