The point machine is one of the most critical units in the railway signal equipment,and it is the executive body in the switch control system,which used to pull the switch,thus change the direction of the travel.In order to check the inside and outside cable wiring of point machine and analyse the faults of switch machine quickly in the field of construction commissioning,routine maintenance and teaching training.According to the principle of switch control circuit in the 6502 electric interlocking system,aiming at the DC point machine on the general speed railway line,combining with embedded technology,sensor technology,power electronics technology,communication technology and graphical interface development technology etc.A portable DC point machine tester of 4/6 wire-type is designed.It can drive DC point machine and analyse and diagnose the fault of the switch by collecting action current.Firstly,the purpose of the research and the development situation of domestic and foreign testing equipment of switch machine is introduced in this thesis;After that,analyses the working principle of the 4/6 wires-type's switch control circuit,the characteristics of the DC point machine and the microcomputer monitoring system in depth.To provide reference and basis for designing the overall scheme and structure of the tester.The whole test instrument is divided into two parts,which are analog driving module of switch machine and intelligent analysis and display module,and the functional requirement of each module is analyzed.Secondly,the thesis emphasize on the design of hardware and software of the tester and then,describe the specific implementation process of the switch machine analog driving acquisition module based on embedded software and hardware technology and the intelligent analysis and display module based on GoUI operating system.Then,the hardware circuit module,each function module software program and interface of the tester is designed,Finally,achieve the system of joint test,completed the basic functions of the tester.In addition,In order to intelligently analyse and diagnose the switch machine fault,according to the characteristics of the current curve of various fault modes in the DC switch machine,This thesis presents a method of fault diagnosis based on the geometric characteristics of the curve and fuzzy recognition which the single chip can be achieved.And describe its theoretical basis and implementation process.Through the example analysis,this method has the characteristics of fast speed,less memory and high accuracy.The experimental results show that the tester can perform the expected functions well,it can not only simulate the function of the 4/6 wires-type's indoor relay circuit to drive the DC switch machine,but also can analyze and display the working status of the switch on theintelligent analysis and display module.The device has the advantages of small size,convenient carrying,stable performance and good versatility,it can assist the railway staff to check the ZD6 type and ZD6 E/J type of DC electric switch machine's indoor cable wiring and diagnosis the switch machine faults,improved work's efficiency.
