In modern war, as a remote firepower important support platform, the technical development and progress of aircraft carrier are important indicator for measuring a country's comprehensive strength and technological innovation capability. The most direct embodiment of aircraft carrier fighter is dispatch and recovery capacity of carrier-based aircraft.Throughout the dispatching and recycling process, carrier-based aircraft need frequent transportation to complete the related operation on the deck, so the entire transportation job scheduling analysis and optimization are the important content to improve aircraft carrier combat capability.The combat environment is complicated, sea status conditions is wicked, the carrier space is narrow,and deck area is limited,compared aircraft carrier with land-based aircraft transportation operation, the operation dangerous coefficient of carrier-based aircraft transportation is bigger. Directed at the characteristics of carrier-based aircraft transportation operation environment and operationprocedure, it should structure and plan the order of transportation?relative device assignment and human resources of carrier-based aircraft properly to improve to its efficiency.This paper takes aircraft transportation scheduling as the object of the research, in order to develop a reasonable and efficient scheduling plans and programs, optimizing scheduling plans and programs,this article includes the following four sections:Firstly, combined with whole operation process of dispatched recovery capacity of aircraft, described the significance that aircraft transporting operation to the recovery capacity of the dispatched. Analysis aircraft transport operations, design aircraft scheduling simulation system, so as to determine the system's functions and modules.Secondly, analysis the related conditions and rules of the aircraft dispatching operation,combined with the simulated annealing genetic algorithm theory and the characteristics,established aircraft transporting math model that based on improved Genetic Algorithm .Design the optimization algorithm, finally gives the case of operation optimization,and analysis the optimized dispatching plan.Thirdly, analyzes the basic principle of distributed simulation and optimization method,and analyzes its characteristics and implementation process. expounds the HLA technology applicability in distributed simulation optimization system, and then design the System optimization of aircraft scheduling scheme that based on the HLA platform.Finally, aircraft transportation programs optimization system is realized by software, and its operation scheduling programs on the optimization system is simulated and optimized,thus the performance of carrier-based aircraft transportation programs optimization system is analyzed.
