Study Of The Method For Conceptual Design Based On Analogy

Current analogical design places emphasis on the solution of analogical mapping,which aims to solve the problems through building a connection between current knowledge and design problem with analogical mapping.therefore,the key to analogical design is the screening of design prototype and the correction methods of design based on analogical prototype.The article proposes a conceptual design method based on analogy.Firstly,we analyze and research into the representation methods of knowledge applicable for analogical mapping and validity of knowledge used into design prototype.And then we investigate those problems as design of analogical prototype and solution of conflict between analogical prototype and design need,etc.based on these above,a prototype system of analogical analysis is developed.The main research works as following:1.Proposing a representation methods of analogical mapping oriented to conceptual design,a corresponding knowledge base is constructed.from the perspective of impact on innovation with knowledge granularity,match between analogical mapping and knowledge expression and the like,we adopt the attributes of knowledge corresponding to demand layer,functional layer,behavior layer,structure layer and instance layer to achieve the representation of case knowledge in analogical knowledge base,meanwhile,investigate the representation methods of analogical knowledge in multilayer analogical mapping.in order to enhance the efficiency of analogical innovation,behavior layer and structure layer provide principles for conversion process of analogy case.2.Proposing a conceptual design flow based on analogy,deducts and verifies based on climbing machines case.combined with analogical innovative thinking,proposes a reproduction method of design demand with analytical objects used as function decomposed into action.meanwhile,utilizes matching formula,blurred rough set reduction andcontradiction analysis method of theory of inventive problem solving to complete solution of analogical design.compared with other analogical design research,we achieve the detailed procedure of extraction of efficient analogical principle and conversion of analogy case3.based on the previous principles,we develop a prototype system of analogy analysis and solution applicable for solution of analogy conceptual design,and illustrates the validity of principle with case of climbing machine.
