With the rapid development of social economy,people’s life rhythm speeding up unceasingly,the overall level of people’s health,especially the young white-collar workers,because long time intensive,overworked,emerging occupational disease such as waist,back,shoulder and neck pain,seriously affect the quality of life and work efficiency.Disease prevention and health care concept has gained more and more recognition,electric massager massage represented by massage cushion provides a great convenience,To alleviate fatigue,eliminate subhealth effect is remarkable,Massage cushion has high cost performance,convenience,function,Popular with young consumers in Sub-health state,market demand is very big.Massage cushion product homogeneity is serious in the market at present,the products comfortable degree and humanistic care is insufficient,Massage Cushion products trend toward comfort,humane,meticulous development,the Midea Group have to strengthen the brand,so it is necessary to conduct further research to the comfort of massage cushion products design and development.The main content of this paper:1,function design,with massage comfort for innovation point in this paper.This project aimed at young white-collar life,and work in the emergence of neck pain,back pain and other issues,by the method of user experience,based on the principle and method of ergonomics,human lumbar,cervical vertebra physiological structure were discussed,Combined with the comfortable static posture and massage position,it provided theoretical support for the subsequent design.2,model design,this research project through multiple channels massage cushion product,it analized young consumer groups consumption behavior,life form,aesthetic trend,combining with the user environment and personalized features,refining the design requirements,it proposed in product modelling,function,material,color,detail to seek new differentiation to suitable for young consumers.Comfort design of Midea massage cushion products,can combine the use value,esthetics value can give prominence to the massage cushion humanization share.More importantly,it is the great competitive power to push forward the products and industry development.In addition,it is the key for enterprises to achieve success.
