The circle chain after heating treatment can effectively improve the quality and performance of the product,while the electromagnetic induction heating as a clean way of heating is more and more welcomed by the enterprise.The different process parameters of the ring chain equipment will affect the final temperature changes,the heating process will directly affect the temperature of the chain of ferrite and pearlite on the austenite transformation,therefore,the appropriate process parameters are needed to control through the ring chain Temperature heating effect,and to provide the ring chain heating process numerical simulation,by which we can better understand the equipment process,to provide a scientific and effective reference for producers.For the different specifications of the chain heat treatment,the need to install the corresponding specifications of the transmission wheel caused by its low efficiency,the use of friction wheel drive on the equipment structure has been improved to effectively overcome the shortcomings of the traditional wheel,and given the Equipment to improve the structure of the chain structure diagram,a brief introduction to the structure of the principles and advantages of operation.The finite element method was used to establish the three-dimensional electromagnetic-thermal coupling model of the chain.The distribution of the temperature and the Joule heat in the chain was analyzed.The change of the temperature field of the chain was studied.The results were in agreement with the experimental results.The influence of different process parameters on chain heating was analyzed.The effects of different frequency,current density and coil-to-chain spacing on the chain temperature field distribution were analyzed.The following conclusions were drawn:(1).With the increase in the power frequency,the chain will heat up more quickly,the higher the chain surface temperature,resulting in the greater the temperature difference between the center,heating unevenness deteriorated.(2).With the increase in the current density,although the distribution of the chain temperature field can't be changed,but the surface temperature of the chain is also increased rapidly,and the temperature difference at the center increases,and the uniformity of heating becomes poor.(3).The smaller the spacing between the coil and the chain,the slower the temperature of the chain,the time required to increase the induction,and cause the surface to be easily oxidized.In this paper,the transmission structure of the traditional ring chain heat treatment equipment is improved,the working efficiency of the heat treatment is improved,and the coupling analysis of the electromagnetic heat is carried out on the chain heat treatment process.The influence of the process parameters on the heating of the chain,The actual production has a certain reference value.
