| In the "development" of the global context,the economic strength of China is growing rapidly,but the corresponding total population is also rising sharply,the demand for water resources is also increasing.But the contradiction between limited freshwater resources and severe water pollution,the contradiction between water supply and demand is worsening,and it has been serious enough to limit the development and progress of human society.This article is based on the status quo of shortage of water resources in Yinchuan City,Yinchuan City,the development and utilization of recycled water to do a comprehensive discussion.Based on the theory of sustainable development and the sustainable use of water resources as the guiding ideology,according to the theory of system dynamics,the optimal allocation of water resources and social and economic development and ecological environment protection are combined to establish the optimal allocation of water resources in Yinchuan City Multi-objective analysis model to the pursuit of economic,social and environmental benefits of the three to maximize.Achieved the following research results:(1)The reclaimed water reuse system is divided into two parts:the water demand system and the water supply system.The demand system of the reclaimed water is divided into five subsystems,namely,domestic water,industrial water,agricultural water,municipal miscellaneous water and ecological water.The water supply system is divided into three subsystems:sewage collection,sewage treatment and recycled water transportation.(2)Based on the Vensim simulation platform,the system flow diagram of the forecast of reclaimed water and water is established according to the system structure of recycled water.Based on the model validity and historical test,the model can be used to predict the reclaimed water demand in Yinchuan City under different conditions.(3)Based on the optimal allocation theory of water resources sustainable development,a multi-objective model of water resources optimal allocation in Yinchuan City was established.According to the actual situation of Yinchuan City,the model was calculated by computer software matlab.Then the scheme of optimal allocation of water resources in different schemes in Yinchuan 2020 and 2030 can be obtained. |
