The shortage of water resources is one of the four "difficult to continue" affecting the development of Shenzhen, Water saving has become the guarantee of sustainable development in Shenzhen city strategy. At present, Shenzhen city urban reclaimed water is mainly used back inenvironmental water, seldom used in industrial water, municipal waterconservation, substitution of high quality drinking water resources, alleviate the water resources shortage has yet to embody the effect.According to the "Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government on the strengthening of the rain and the development and utilization of water resources regeneration work proposal", put forward to 2020, utilization rate of at least 80% city sewage regeneration, which can replace the city water supplywater to reach 20%, the rest to landscape water replenishment is the mainchannel. Basically completed city rainwater and reclaimed water supply systemlayout is reasonable, system science, the formation of "city water supplysystem water supply".This thesis implement and deepen the “shenzhen city reclaimed water layout planning”, combining with the relevant policies, reclaimed water reclaimed water system to planning area of the status quo and potential users on comb, stick to the regional characteristics of the reclaimed water system users, requirements, quality objectives, network scale, network layout and adjustment of optimization, pipe network pressure, safety elements such as the overall design, not only solved the contradiction between the supply and demand of water resources planning, has also made use of unconventional water resources, has the “resources” and “environmental protection” double meaning.
