The concrete foam insulation board is a new energy saving building materials containing a large number of small closed porosity and considerable strength.Concrete foam insulation board with its light weight,thermal insulation,sound insulation,fire resistance,low modulus of elasticity.Its applications extend from civilian areas to more than 20 military,aerospace,industrial applications,The applications expanding accelerate the project progress,improve the quality of the project.Concrete foam insulation board occupy a pivotal position in the field of building materials.Domestic and foreign scholars have done a great deal of research on it,and achieved certain results.But there are still some problems,such as low strength,cracking,water absorption and so on.Aiming at the above problems.The experiment take ordinary portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement as the main material.Design test program and use chemical foaming method for preparing concrete foam insulation board.First,research the effect of the water cement ratio,different ratio of cementitious materials,fly ash incorporation on concrete foam insulation board.Second,research the effect of additive quantity,calcium oxide incorporation and addition order on apparent density,compressive strength,water absorption rate and thermal conductivity.On this basis,design the test program by orthogonal experiment method,study the influence of hydrophobic agent,activator,calcium oxide and foaming agent content on compressive strength,water absorption rate and thermal conductivity of concrete foam insulation board,analysis the greatest impact factor,and discuss the best test program.Research results:cementitious materials' different effects on properties and preparation of concrete foam insulation board,especially the impact on the density is more significant.When mixing two cementitious materials,the adding amount should be controlled within a certain range in order to ensure product performance.The sulphoaluminate cement incorporation should less than 15%when the ordinary portland cement as the main cementitious material.The ordinary portland cement incorporation should less than 25%when the sulphoaluminate cement as the main cementitious material.The suitable dosage of fly ash is 30%,the impact on the products' compressive strength is significant;the suitable water cement ratio is 0.55;the incorporation of calcium oxide,admixtures affect the performance of concrete foam insulation board,the suitable content of calcium oxide is 0.2%-0.6%of solid material,the amount should be adjusted according to the specific test scheme and conditions.The outcome of orthogonal design of four factors and three levels:the order is foaming agent>Activator>hydrophobic agent>calcium oxide,and the best test program is 1.5%hydrophobic agent,1.5%activator,0.6%calcium oxide,6%foaming agent;The addition order has a significant influence on the performance of products,the best order is add the hydrophobic to the mixed concrete slurry and foaming.
