In order to fully tap the potential of Linying County water resources,combing the main river ditch pit pond in Linying County,improve the waterfront ecological environment,improve the quality of human settlements in Linying County,create "ecological Linying" and "beautiful Linying" 2015 In July,Linying County Housing and Urban Planning and Construction Bureau entrusted Henan Province Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute Co.,Ltd.to complete the "Linying County Water System Planning(2015-2030)"(hereinafter referred to as "water system planning").At the same time,for the scientific analysis of Linying County water resources conditions for the implementation of the water system planning capacity and constraints,the "water system planning" at the same time,carry out water resources demonstration work,demonstrate "water system planning" in the overall layout and water resources ability to adapt to promote the sustainable use of Linying County water resources and optimize the allocation of planning to improve the level of decisionmaking.1.Through the field survey project area and Linying County historical data collection,objective analysis of Linying County planning water system status conditions.This paper analyzes the conditions of the natural environment,water resources and urban supply and drainage of Linying County,and provides the basic analysis data for the water resources demonstration research and scientific system analysis and planning water system.2.Define the scope of Linying County water system planning,rationalize the overall structure of the water system planning,so as to carry out coordination with other related planning analysis.From the planning policies and regulations,ideas,wading content to the supply,drainage,waterfall specific indicators of comparative analysis,demonstration of water planning and other planning in Linying County,there is inconsistency.3.Linying County water resources analysis and planning water system can be used to calculate the rational allocation of water supply of planning water supply.Through the analysis of water quality of surface water resources,and groundwater in Linying County,combining with the present situation of Linying water resources and the water quality requirements of the water system landscape,the rainwater and the water are used as planning water sources.Resource availability were 110.716 million m3 and 31,675,000 m3.4.Estimation of Water Demand in Linying County Water System Planning.Water demand forecast is the key point of planning water resources demonstration,and the water system planning water demand includes ecological basis flow,water loss,and river irrigation water consumption.In this study,we selected R2 CROSS method,combined with the flow rate interval analysis of non-silting and non-flow velocity,and obtained the ecological flow of ecological water in Linying County,and the recent 8,325,500 m3 was 2081.376 million m3.The amount of water loss is taken into account.The amount of water evaporation,the amount of water leakage,and the amount of water evaporation are estimated to be near and long.The long-term is 1.9625 million m3,229.63 million m3,and the leakage coefficient is calculated by the permeability coefficient method.And 965,900 m3.5.Water system planning supply and demand balance analysis,rational allocation of water system planning water supply program,comprehensive evaluation o f the implementation of the program,demonstrate the feasibility of Linying County water system planning.Water supply needs economic costs,according to the development of Linxian County,the recent level,the planned river system flow rate of not more than 0.04 m / s,and do not consider the addition of green space irrigation water conditions,the amount of water reuse and appropriate rainfall The water supply rate of the planned river system can be increased to 0.1m / s,only 80% of the water reuse can meet the water demand requirements of the planning water system.
