Design And Implementation Of Cheese Automatic Packaging Lines

The development of packaging industry is inseparable from the development of packaging machinery.In recent years,packaging machinery is toward intelligent,automated,high efficiency,low consumption and multi-direction.At present,the business of packaging Cheese packaging mainly relies on manual.However,with the improvement of automation level of textile industry,artificial packaging already unable to meet current production requirements.There are institutions at home and abroad have developed a single function Cheese packaging machine,but it does not fully automated.There will be more or less human intervention.And the cost of equipment is very high.Therefore,this paper presents a high degree of automation and low-cost Cheese packaging solution.And we design the corresponding control systems.In this paper,Cheese packaging machinery will be a research subject.We design its packaging method,mechanical construction and control system.In the respect of packaging method,this paper put forward Cheese packaging solutions with membrane innovatively.This packaging solution is different from traditional bag packaging solutions.It is low cost,high efficiency and packaging beautiful.It can handle several different types of Cheese packaging tasks.In terms of mechanical construction,this paper re-designs the weighing institution and flip mechanism.The efficiency of Cheese packaging is greatly improved.We design the hardware and software architecture of the entire production line under the guidance of modularization.The entire production line is divided into five separate modules.They are flipping module,order module,weighing and marking module,single package module and the whole pack wrapper module.Then this paper describes each design ideas and concrete implementation of individual modules,and the design of the communication network.This will ensure the independence of the module,but also to ensure the coordinated operation of the entire production line.Finally,the entire production line test runs,obtained the test results.
