Automatic packaging is widely used in the industry,and breathable woven bags are widely used to package feed,grain and chemical raw materials and other products,but the existing packaging machine cannot package with breathable woven bag.Packaging integrated with bagmaking is an effective solution to this problem and can improve the automation of packaging machines,but at the same time it increases the complexity of control timing and electrical control of packaging machine.For this reason,this thesis carries out research on two key technologies from electrical modularity and control timing design.Its main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1)The electrical modularization for the packaging machine is designed and the coupling design with the functions of the corresponding mechanical module is finished,which eliminates the dependence of electrical components between modules,improves the assimilability of wiring between the electrical cabinet and modules,optimizes the electrical component arrangement inside the module,realizes the integration of the electrical module and the corresponding mechanical module,forms a more complete module function and realizes the modularization of the system structure.2)According to the system demands of the packaging machine for production efficiency and module division,the action logic and timing between modules and within modules are analyzed,and the control software of the packaging machine are designed,which is verified by the corresponding experiment.The unreasonable parts of the control logic are analyzed and optimized according to the experimental results to meet the timing control requirements of the packaging machine.3)Fuzzy PID control is used to optimize the temperature control algorithm of the hot cutting knife whose model is identified by sampling data.A fuzzy controller is designed,which is implemented in the PLC software by using the table look-up method.The results verified by software tool MATLAB show that the control effect of the fuzzy PID is better than that of the original PID control,which reduces the impact on the temperature stability of the hot cutting knife by ambient temperature and its control overrun.4)Aiming at the shortcomings of the original PLC software such as less interactivity,the human-machine interface of the touch screen is improved,and the functions of personnel management,mode switch and status monitoring are added.The electrical control and control software are integrated with the mechanical structure to form an packaging machine integrated with bag-making,and the module test and the whole machine test are conducted respectively to verify the performance of the electrical control and control software.The experiment results show that its performance meets the requirements of the packaging machine.
