Infilled wall frame structure is a structural system used widely in house building. Many earthquake disasters at home and abroad show that interaction of infilled wall and frame is very complex under strong earthquake, resulting in severe damage to construction and infilled walls, traditional infilled wall connection failing to meet earthquake resistant requirements of infilled wall frame.Since wall reform of limiting use of clay bricks,as a kind of green and environmental wall material,Autoclaved aerated concrete block is in line with national sustainable development strategy. In order to give a full play to its performance advantage and meet environmental requirements, the masonry needs to use thin mortar joints(no more than 5mm),?5~6mm rebar cannot be directly configured according to conventional requirements, but traditional groove cutting bar arrangement construction is complicated. So it is urgent to find an alternative of rebar, both realizing thin mortar joint and increasing tensility of wall to strongly constrain deformation of wall. With autoclaved aerated concrete block as material of infilled wall, this paper attempts to use basalt fiber grid to replace rebar as tie material, main work is as follows:(1)After referencing much literature and extensive research,we chose a material with better performance-basalt fiber grid(known as BFG),and experimented on its basic mechanical property, results showed that mechanical property of the material can meet design requirements;(2)Considering factors such as type, arrangement and surface treatment of BFG,we researched basic mechanical property of autoclaved aerated concrete block masonry with BFG,through experiment, compared and analyzed compressive strength and shearing strength of masonry with BFG and that without BFG,results showed that adding BFG to autoclaved aerated concrete block masonry work mortar joint increased compressive and shearing strength of brickwork, compared to common brickwork without BFG,its compressive strength increases by about 10%,shearing strength about13%.thickness of mortar joint is about 5mm or so,meeting design requirements for thin mortar joint:(3)Aiming at characteristics of BFG,two wall-frame column connection methods were designed, and experiment on earthquake resistance of autoclaved aerated concrete block infilled wall with BFG inside and outside the plane were conducted. The experiment on earthquake resistance in plane analyzed and compared failure characteristics, hysteresis loop, skeleton curve, strength retrogression, rigidity degeneration, displacement ductility and energy consumption of pure frame connection and infilled wall frames with two connection, results showed that compared to pure frame, autoclaved aerated concrete block infilled wall frame with autoclaved aerated concrete block with two connections increases bearing capacity very little;experiment on earthquake resistance out-of-plane compared and analyzed failure characteristics,load-displacement curve outside lane, displacement distribution of wall, and stressdistribution of grid of infilled wall with two connection means, results showed that BFG can constrain displacement of wall, increase collapse resistance of wall.(4)According to results of experiment on earthquake resistance of autoclaved aerated concrete block infilled wall with BFG,we made a feasibility analysis of using BFG as tie material of infilled wall, results showed that out-of-plane bearing capacity of infilled wall with BFG can meet requirements of horizontal seismic force, more economic than traditional tie piece connection.
