Block masonry infilled wall is one of the most important non-structural members,and autoclaved aerated concrete bricks(AAC)is the most widely used block masonry infilled wall material currently for many advantages such as light weight,energy saving,thermal insulation and good machinability.At the same time,the traditional artificial masonry has been unable to adapt to the development of prefabricated buildings.However,there are still few researches on prefabrication of masonry filled walls in China,and the earlier research in Europe is on the prefabricated clay kiln brick wall system,which is contrary to the demand of China wall material innovation to ban sintered clay bricks and promote the use of new wall materials such as AAC blocks.And the connection mode between the walls is a tight rigid connection without reinforcing bars and other seismic structural measures,which does not meet the requirements of national seismic code.It is urgent to study the seismic behavior and connection design of the prefabricated masonry infill wall in the frame structure.In this research,cyclic loading tests of 7 trusses of 1:2 scale block masonry infilled wall specimens-reinforced concrete structure were carried out.The objection of this paper is mainly to investigate the effects of connection modes and block forms on the seismic performance and the failure process,strain analysis,hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,displacement ductility and stiffness degradation were studied.The test results show that maximum loads of the RC frames infilled with hallow bricks and autoclaved aerated concrete bricks,compared with pure RC frame,respectively increased by 140.7%,61.5%~100.1%.The RC frame infilled with hallow bricks notably enhanced the initial stiffness and bearing capacity,while the RC frame infilled with autoclaved aerated concrete bricks improved structural ductility and energy dissipation better.In all four connecting conformations,The mode of flexible connection and steel wire tie can remarkably improve the ductility,which is also convenient for the installation of prefabricated interlocking autoclaved aerated concrete bricks infilled wall.On the basis of the test,the finite element model of AAC bricks infilled wall-RC frame structure is established by ABAQUS numerical simulation software,and SPRINGA spring element is used to simulate different connection modes.The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which verifies the validity of the finite element modeling method.
