The hybrid controller prototype based on platform can measure and test the control strategies and controller parts very closed to the real hybrid vehicle before the real car test. This paper designed a completed hybrid controller prototype towards to the uniaxial parallel HEV, providing an integrated current platform for the research and development of controller, which the purpose is to establish a hybrid controller prototype based on dSPACE platform, through modeling and bench test realize the offline simulation, online simulation and the interact control.The whole work of this paper is to research on the hybrid controller prototype based on dSPACE, using the method through "mathematical modeling-strategic analysis-controller prototype design-bench experiment". According to the performance test of engine, the engine throttle valve model is built, so as to the electric motor and other system components, and the hybrid electromechanical coupling vehicle system is arranged, and integrated. With the analysis of working mode on hybrid electric vehicle, the conditions of mode-switch and working on the engine, electric motor and clutch, as well as the state of charge dividing, the energy management strategy is determined. The electric motor coordinated control strategy is proposed to optimize the hybrid control, for the purpose of improving the driver's power demand and smooth power transfer. After that, the uniaxial parallel hybrid controller prototype is built, and validated by the NEDC simulation. During the dSPACE circuit wafer and CAN communication are built and made, the control algorithm is finally validated by some representative working state on PUMA test bench. The results demonstrate that the hybrid controller prototype has achieved the expected goal, and can realize the relevant control.Considering the performances of HVE in power, economical and drivability, this paper mainly focus on the blocking design, control strategies, together with the system integration of hybrid electric vehicle on control platform. The successful development of this hybrid controller prototype can make a good contribution to the subsequent research; not only save research costs but also increase development efficiency enormously.
