With the progress of social economy, it is the direction of the development of urban public transport system to develop a high level, economic and efficient way of transportation to meet the needs of diverse, multi-level and personalized commuter travel. "Internet+ commuter bus" is a new mode of transportation in the context of the"Internet+" and the new background of the separation of living and working in order to solve the commuter demand of some urban residents. This paper is an optimization study of "Internet+ Commuter Bus" Operation Mode and Operation Plan.First, this paper conducts the research on the operation organization. It introduces the connotation and characteristics, and comprehensively analyzes the content of the service system and evaluation indexes. And this paper expounds the situation of the operation of commuter buses by the traditional bus companies and Internet Co, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, the operation mode of "Internet commuter bus" is designed and optimized based on the principle of operability, commuting rapidity, convenience and operational cost controllability. The optimization includes two stages: pre operation and on-line operation. After optimization, the "Internet+ commuter bus" by fixed-point, fixed-price, unfixed-bus, unfixed-time and unfixed-person can improve a number of evaluation indicators in criteria of passenger perception, business operations and social impact. The operation plan optimization as a commuter transport service in the normal work, is based on optimized operation mode, and it can be divided into three steps: determining the number of running vehicles, constructing the mathematical model of vehicle routing and passenger flow assignment, and making the vehicles' timetable. According to the different situations, the paper makes the vehicle capacity cost and time cost as the dual objectives, and constructs the operation plan of single O-D pair model and multiple O-D pairs model. Then the paper designs the genetic algorithm to solve the models.Based on the above research, this paper takes a domestic Internet Co as a case study and introduces the operation status. To improve its operational effect, the paper optimizes the operation mode and the operation plan based on the existing situation. By comparison, the results show that the optimization has a great improvement in saving numbers of buses and reducing passenger commuting time. This paper holds that this mode has some guiding significance for practical application. Finally, this paper summarizes the full text and puts forward a new prospect for the future development.
