As the next generation of backbone transmission network technology,Optical Transmission Networks is the network of transmission system established in the the backbone layer of power communication network .It has the dual schedule of both light layer of the and the optical layer. It is based on wavelength division multiplexing technology and is the transmission network of optical layer. It increases the transmission network speed, transmission efficiency and transmission capacity, which is the best optical network facing the new electric power communication services currently.With the development construction of power communication network operation and meticulous management, it is urgently to know the network performance comprehensively, scientifically, and to grasp the network operation, health status and weak links in time. OTN has been widely deployed in the power grid, the operation status of OTN will directly affect operation status of the power grid safely and stablely. In order to ensure the reliability and security of the power OTN network, it is need to evaluate the network condition of the power OTN regularly.At present, there are many researches on reliability and optimization methods of the power OTN,but Lack of the effective research on network operation quality evaluation, can not effectively evaluate the network operation. Aiming at this problem, this paper designs and implementes the OTN network operation quality assessment module,. The research contents of this paper are as follows.1. We propose the method of operation quality assessment based on LM-BP neural network algrithm. Firstly, according to the analytic hierarchy process, establishe the index system of operation quality evaluation of power OTN network. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional BP algorithm, such as slow learning convergence and it is easy to fall into local minimum, this paper proposes LM-BP neural network algorithm to evaluate the operation quality of OTN network. Finally, we make simulation experiments based on the standard BP neural network algorithm and LM-BP neural network algorithm, comparative analysis to verify the prediction accuracy of LM-BP neural network algorithm with fewer iterations and better, indicating the feasibility of the algorithm.2. We design and implemente operation quality evaluation module of the power OTN network based on method of operation quality evaluation of LM-BP neural network method proposed above segment. This paper has a quality evaluation module, index management, data management,report management and system management function operation quality evaluation, operation quality; network operation quality evaluation module through the interface called LM-BP neural network algorithm, the network operation quality and value evaluation. And in accordance with the software design process, the module is realized, and the evaluation module is applied to a certain area of A, which can be used to evaluate the network operation quality of the area, and verify the correctness of the evaluation module.The network operation quality evaluation module of the paper, can help the facilitate of operation and maintenance in real-time monitoring network and view of each index value, it is big significance of convenient operation and maintenance personnel for regulate the network and timely detecte the problems and to ensure power network OTN operation,improve the network quality of service and improve the quality of the whole power grid.
