At present, the development of the national grid has entered into a new stage of building a strong and smart grid, smart distribution communication network is an important part of smart grid, it is used to meet the communication needs of smart grid distribution link. The development of smart distribution communication network directly affects the intelligent level of smart grid. With the rapid development of smart power distribution network, great changes have taken place in the network structure, the type and quantity of communication equipment is become more and more. Faced with such a huge network, we need not only the advanced technology but also the communication management system to improve its intelligent management level. Meanwhile, in the plan of smart power distribution communication network, the scheme that manage the equipments based on the IP addresses was put forward, through IP address we can check the running status of the equipment. At the same time, we should use the IP address as a unit, comprehensive evaluate the running quality of the equipments during the same station. According the evaluation result, we can know all the equipments running quality of the station. But this two questions do not involved in the current system.To solve the above question, this topic firstly analyses the equipment information under different network of the communication network, and establishes general hierarchy indicator system for operational equipments. Then studied the multi-index comprehensive evaluation algorithm, and then improved the AHP method; Consideration of the communication device itself features, I put forward a multi-index comprehensive evaluation algorithm, it is based on the improved AHP method, and combination of the improved TOPSIS method, which is based on the relative entropy method.Based on the demand of IP address management, this topic designs the operation quality evaluation system of equipment module, to realize the management of equipment according to the IP address. This paper detailed designs the system functions, put the multi-index comprehensive evaluation algorithm into the system, finally realizes the system, and display the main function.
