The construction of smart grid has now become the focus of the national construction of Power Grid Corp. Electricity distribution communication network is an important part of smart grid construction as the support of the construction of information transmission service network. Due to the electricity distribution communication network covering a wide area, the operating environment is complex and changeable, there are higher requirements on real-time, stability and security about the electric communication network, so that optical communication network using optical fiber as the main means of communication has become the main form of communication network construction. Because of the vulnerability of optical communication equipment and the complex networking mode, when the quality of optical communication network is not stable, not only the quality of service delivery, but also the normal operation of the whole network part will be affected. Analyzing quality of optical communication network, and get analysis exactly intuitive result through the relevant indicators in current network, providing decision support for network management is very important.In order to solve these problems, first of all, the characteristics of optical communication network with the network, carrying business and related properties of optical equipment was investigated, and the existing network quality analysis technology are discussed, then choose analysis method for optical communication network environment. Then according to the actual situation and the principle of indication selection, select more accurate and specific indicators to evaluate the quality of network,and establish the optical communication network quality analysis system.On this basis, the introduction of AHP gives subjective weighting to each indication in the system, and the principal component analysis method and the CRITIC methods give objective weighting, the final weighting is the combined weight. In the calculation process, the algorithm has been improved to make it more in line with the actual situation. Finally, the combination weighting method is applied to the optical communication network with quality analysis module, the indications are managed to facilitate administrators to add new indications and remove old indications, data, algorithms and other related content are also managed and maintained, and finally through the network quality analysis sub module to analyze timely and accurately,and analysis results is of great significance on ensuring the normal operation with optical communication and maintenance of the network.
