| The popularity of energy-saving and environmentally friendly electric vehicles is an inevitable trend for development of the automotive industry.The electric vehicle charging station is infrastructure for electric vehicle charging,which is building a direct impact on popularity of scale electric vehicle and related to the country’s energy-saving policy.Therefore,the construction of charging stations for supporting service of electric vehicles has important and practical significance.When the development of electric vehicle will have advanced to a stage,we need to have a sufficient number of convenient charging stations.But the current building of charging stations has not yet formed a complete network system,which would limit the popularity of electric vehicles to some extent.Therefore,in order to promote the development of electric vehicles,research on charging station location planning has an important significance.Through advanced computer technology,designing electric vehicle charging station construction planning and simulation module can help members of the scientific and intuitive planning workers and has important implications for the promotion and construction of electric vehicle charging stations.This article focuses on the design and implementation of electric vehicle charging stations planning module.For the next few years,engineering and technology develops faster and the affect of charging station construction on the grid will be smaller,urban planning factors,the type of electricity,environmental security have a lot of relevant research.So in this paper we consider the following factors,ie.cost,coverage and charging capability in order to support value of reference.Since location planning issues is related to factors of convenience and economy,it is a multi-objective optimization problem.Therefore,this paper develops a Genetic Algorithm based planning method to solve the problem.The method establishes a charging station location optimization model,aiming at making the investment costs and transportation costs minimized and meeting the capacity,coverage and convenience and other restrictions.Then we use genetic algorithm to solve it.The simulation results show that this method iseffective and practical.Based on the basic theory of software engineering,this paper analyzes the user requirements and designs the realizing the module of planning of charging stations,station resource management,module management and version management in the planning simulation platform.Lastly,this paper draws a conclusion about the used technology in the subsystem,and prospects the future of planning and design charging stations. |
