With the speeding up of the process of industrialization in our country,energy crisis and environment contamination become a growing problem propelling the new energy industry developing rapidly and the diversification of energy use.The electric vehicle which shares with energy conservation and emission reduction becomes the breach of the problem.The charging station,as the infrastructure of the electric vehicle,the rationality of location planning of which directly concerns the customer's convenience to charge and operation benefits.Thus,aiming at the stage characteristics of the charging station,this paper studies the location planning of the charging station of the electric vehicle based on improved Immune Genetic Algorithm(IGA),Voronoi-Diagram and Queuing theory.The main contents are as follows:This paper discusses the necessity of the electric vehicle's development combined with current status in domestic and overseas,the three main factors: government support,perfection of electric vehicle facilities and the performance of electric vehicles that influence the development of the electric vehicle are compared and analyzed.According to the analysis result and the Bass model,forecasting of the electric vehicle ownership of Wuhan is modeled.Furthermore,the style of construction of the charging station and the basic rules which should be observed during location planning is described.For the characteristics of the demonstration stage of electric vehicle charging station,focusing on convenience of charging and charging demands of the customers,the location which is minimize target including the sum of the distance between all the road network nods and the charging stations is modeled.Aims at the disadvantages of the traditional immune genetic algorithm that easily step in an local optimal state and slow convergence in the later period,an improved IGA is proposed as using the elite retention strategy to generate memory,adding in the sort selection strategy in the traditional selection process,which will automatically adjust the probability of crossover and mutation.Using improved IGA to solve practical example,simulation results show that the improved IGA has a faster convergence and hardly step in an local optimal state,the optimal location of charging station is specified.For the characteristics of the development stage of electric vehicle charging station,taking into account the benefits of the charging stations and customers,the location model with the lowest cost is established and the solution towards locating the charging station which is combined with improved IGA and Voronoi-Diagram is proposed.First of all,charging demands within the plan area is calculated based on the model of charging demands,then using Voronoi-Diagram which has a strong local searching ability to divide service area,finally using improved IGA to volume the location which makes the costs of construction builders and customers minimized,the rationality of the configuration of the charging station's capacity is proved using the queuing theory.
