Rural 10 kV distribution network is an important part of China's electric power system,it is essential in the rural areas for the promotion of economic and social development.Since the power supply radius length,load imbalance and other reasons,many parts of the stage area 10 kV line voltage is too low,line loss is too large,seriously affecting the power supply quality and reliability of the urgent.It is need to take effective measures to low voltage regulation,improve voltage distribution network pass rate,reduce line losses,improve service quality.It is very important to improve the rural distribution network and construction.Rural distribution network for the presence of severe voltage fluctuations,high line loss and other phenomena,the article from the reactive-place balance and the whole network reactive power optimization point of view,in-depth study of the distribution line reactive power compensation,the establishment of a multi-objective reactive optimization model to determine the compensation capacity and compensated position using sensitivity analysis.Linear programming perturbation method respectively shunt compensation and series compensation scheme proposed by the optimal power flow calculation to find out where the relative optimal reactive power compensation scheme.And the establishment by ATP-EMTP software-related model,series reactive power compensation capacitor overvoltage simulation analysis,the capacitor is able to play a good protection in parallel MOA.For the research results to Jiangxi Duchang area 10 kV line low voltage regulation,the paper first comprehensive analysis of typical 10 kV lines in the area in Pavilion problems and on the basis of the above research,we put forward the corresponding shunt compensation and series compensation scheme;Recycling PSASP7.1 software simulation platform for simulation of the selected program to obtain optimal compensation capacity and installation location of the selected program can not only solve the problem of low voltage line,the line also allows line losses to a minimum.The program has been used in the area of low-voltage line regulation,and achieved good results.
