The Research And Establishment Of Meter Circuit Simulation Model Of Quartz Flexible Accelerometer

Accelerometer header has a very important role in terms of measuring acceleration.But the existing closed-loop accelerometer readout circuit PID tuning parameters cumbersome,build readout circuit verification platform complex.This article focuses on the quartz flexible accelerometer meter circuit simulation model,early experiments in favor readout circuit and reading performance evaluation circuit,Verification of the closed-loop control programs and control parameters tuning has a certain role.Research and analysis the closed loop quartz flexible accelerometer header structure,based on available literature and experimental data mathematical model of the header.And explore mathematical model based on the accelerometer header and establishing the design scheme of the circuit model.These include excitation parameters and the external input portion,system response section,output operative etc.The mathematical model is based on the closed loop flexible quartz accelerometers header,and build the circuit model,including a circuit model and the header macro model,and the model testing and validation.For accelerometers meter circuit model,build the appropriate verification platform,do comparison with the resulting open-loop header circuit model and the actual step response header.Verify the correctness of the circuit model,doing the circuit simulation of the circuit model and read the header.Achieving header readout circuit model and closed loop.The results show that different parameters on different PID regulation.In particular PID parameters available system-3dB bandwidth of about 110 Hz,and simulated gravitational field experiments can be well closed loop system feedback regulation.The meter circuit model for the study of the header readout circuit design,tuning the PID parameter of the readout circuitry and analysing the read performance of the circuit.
