Study On The Improvement Of The New Industrialization Of Construction Project Management

The construction industry has existed for a long time the extensive mode of production, low productivity, high energy consumption, large, engineering quality and safety problems of environmental influence and other aspects of the problem, which requires the construction of the transformation of the mode of production to better meet the demand of economic transformation. New type of industrialization of construction can effectively enhance the technological level of construction production, improve production efficiency, reduce the construction process of the pollution, improve the quality and safety of construction projects, it is important to promote the sustainable development of building industry.However, China’s new building industrialization is still in the preliminary stage, most of the construction companies are still using the traditional construction method and the backward mode of project management, construction project management and the present methods can not match with the new industrialization project. So the development of new industrialization of construction is seriously restricted. Therefore, according to the manufacturing industry production management theory and methods of construction project management has become an objective requirement of improving new building industrialization development. Lean construction comes from the manufacturing industry is the theory of lean production, lean thinking in construction of the new attempt, it is not the will of lean thinking to the construction industry, but also provides a way to solve the low efficiency of construction project management.In the construction of new industrialization in the background, the construction industry and manufacturing industry has been in common, can the implementation of lean construction in industrial projects, improve the level of construction project management, and promote the development of new industrialization of construction.In this paper, firstly the present development situation of the construction industry and new industrialization of construction are analyzed, summarized the new industrialization of construction achievements, advantages and constraints of implementation; secondly the related concept of lean production and lean construction to sort out, summed up the focus of TFV, just in time production theory, theory of concurrent engineering, LPS theory, construction plan site 5S management theory based on the theory of lean construction process; and then through the shortcomings of the research project management problems under the background of industrialization of construction project management, put forward the improvement ideas, feasibility analysis on the basis of introducing the theory of lean construction project management; finally, to adapt to the new industrialization of construction project management, project improvement design management, organization management, production management and quality control was proposed based on the theory of lean construction.The aim of this study was to expand the research and application of lean construction in building new industrial areas, according to the part of the project management system in the construction of the lean management mode based on lean construction, is expected to promote role in further research and application of a new type of industrialization of construction project management of.
