Building industrialization is a new building technology model,it is included in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development(MHURD)2013 edition of "China's building technology policy" because of its high efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection and other advantages.However,at present,China's building industrialization has not formed a mature structural system with the advanced and reasonable construction technology,coupled with China's building industrialization is in a period of non scale and lack of information construction management,which led to the direct cost of building industrialization is higher than the traditional construction.Therefore,in the process of promoting China's building industrialization,it is very important and necessary to explore the reasonable and feasible construction technology and to improve the comprehensive economic benefits of building industrialization.BIM(Building Information Model)is a multidimensional model integration technology of Building Information Modeling,application and management,the application of BIM technology in engineering construction provides a communication bridge for the participants of the construction project,changed the way of employees rely on two-dimensional drawings for project construction and management,improved the efficiency and quality of the project and reduced the risk of errors and risks.With the further application of BIM technology,the advantages of BIM technology is becoming more and more obvious,it becomes a powerful supporting technology for digital construction and management in China's construction business.The research of building industrialization in this paper is based on BIM 5D technology.BIM 5D(BIM + time + cost)technology integrated the quantities,project progress,project cost,the 3D model of building components can be connected with the construction schedule,dynamic simulation of construction process,real time monitoring and control of schedule and cost,so as to achieve the optimal project cost.At first,this paper briefly introduces and analyzes the application of building industrialization and BIM,summarized the structure system of building industrialization and construction technology and method.Then,through the difficulties of buildingindustrialization construction and BIM theories were analyzed,conceived a new idea of BIM 5D technology applied in the building industrialization,and explored the method of establishing BIM 5D model in industrialized building.Building dynamic management platform of building industrialization by BIM 5D Technology,associating the installation schedule and Cost of PC component,so as to track the installation of PC components real-timely,ensure the accuracy and quality of the PC component installation,improve the information management level of building industrialization construction,and realize the dynamic management of industrialized construction.At last,the paper combined with the project example,elaborated the application value of BIM 5D technology in the dynamic construction and delicacy management of engineering projects,and further showed that BIM 5D technology in promoting the development of our country building industrialization plays a very important role.
