With the development of the city and the travel demand of the residents, the urban rail transportation in our country has developed vigorously. With its large volume, fast speed and long operation time, Metro has become the preferred mode of public transportation for residents to travel. A good subway train plan can provide passengers with more convenient and quick ride experience, reduce the operating costs of enterprises, and make the metro operation department operate efficiently, safely and economically.At present, the passenger flow in the subway station is increasing rapidly. It describes the distribution process of passengers in the station, and systematically analyzes and calculates the evacuation capacity of the station, which provides an important basis for passenger flow organization and train operation organization. Based on the subway station as the research object, using PH queuing theory to describe the distribution process of passengers at the station,we try to use the average time ET and average stay captain EN this two performance indexes to describe the evacuation capacity.There are many factors that affect the subway train plan,and scholars do not consider the evacuation capacity of the train when the train plan is formulated. In the case of small passenger flow, the evacuation capacity of the station is considered unlimited, but the passenger flow is increasing rapidly and the congestion is easy to occur in the station. Now,the peak hour passenger volume in the station has increased dramatically. It is particularly important to optimize the subway train plan by considering the evacuation capacity of the station. This paper takes the minimum cost of metro operation and passenger waiting time as the optimization goal, the evacuation capacity, traffic demand, train track interval, interval by multi-objective nonlinear optimization model of capacity constraints, and multi-objective model is transformed into a single objective model to solve the mathematical model using LINGO software.The Chengdu Metro Line 6 as an example, according to the operation data, the scheme contrast solution to the subway train operation optimization plan and the "Chengdu Metro Line 6,the one or two phase of the project feasibility study report" formulation, the calculation results show that the optimization model can effectively solve the problem of optimizing the operation scheme of the subway train, to provide theoretical basis and scientific support for subway train operation. The model of station evacuation capacity is further verified by using Legion soft real software. The simulation results show that the model of station evacuation capacity based on PH queuing theory can describe the actual evacuation capacity of the station better.
