With the rapid development of China's economy, subway of some big cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, has entered the times of the network operation and large-scale operation; the traditional subway incidents have not isolated incidents, but modern incidents with high-impact, highly uncertain, comprehensive and strong, small room. Meanwhile, with the Flow concentration, the relatively closed space, difficulty in evacuation, etc., in case, unexpected events could cause serious damage and even affect the city traffic. Therefore, after the accident, efficient emergency reduces casualties and loss. The rescue point of the set-up and emergency resources efficiently sharing are a prerequisite and protection for effective emergency rescue.Therefore, on the background of subway based on network, and fully share the idea of emergency resources, on the condition of subway network, this paper studies the optimum distribution of emergency rescue point and depth studies the rational allocation of emergency resources, and establishes subway location model, resource allocation optimization model. The main research work are as follows:(1) Describer the basic characteristics of the network operation and on the basis of characteristics of unexpected events, this paper analyzes factors system of resource allocation of networking subway emergency.(2) Subway emergency station location model based on network is established and is solved by genetic algorithms.(3) Emergency station resource distribution model is established and is solved by dynamic programming method.(4) Resources distribution model of the demand station is established and is solved by Dijkstra method.(5)Considering the above models and theories, the system to solve the configuration of subway emergency resources is developed.(6) Tianjin subway was applied for research as an example, the result shows that this model can provide reference for Tianjin subway emergency resources; and can provide reference for other urban subway, railways.
