The vehicle's safety problem has become the important topic in automotive research in recent years. Active safety and passive safety technology have been developed for many years in foreign countries, which compatible with the active braking technology of motor driving pretensioner seatbelt. According to the statistic results by some foreign authorities, it can more effectively protect the occupant in time of danger,and greatly reduce collision personnel to the extent of the damage in the accident.Therefore, research on the protection srategy of petensioner satbelt with the ative baking tchnology is great significance.In this paper by using the method of statistical analysis from NASS-GES database, it describes the accident frequency, severity, and the number of vehicles involved statistics.Define and statistically describes a collision scene classification, these statistical data represents about 99.4% of light vehicle traffic accidents.comprehensive comparison It has the accident frequency and accident economic loss of comprehensive comparison, concludes the typical scenario.In addition to the control strategy of active braking system both at home and abroad is analyzed.In this paper, based on the technology of active braking system architecture and motor driving of belt pretensioning, A sled of the frontal crash test, it is found the tension on the effectiveness of occupant protection in advance.the collision test is 40 km/h speed, using three-point seatbelt, Hybrid III 50 th false men to simulate the frontal impact.On the frontal crash test using MADYMO for simulation of the test data. Then based on the braking process of crash simulation, it is helpful the tension on the effectiveness of occupant protection in advance. The conclusions is indicative the active braking system design.Using the simulation model, it analyzes the pre-tensioner influence of the occupants.From the occupant safety protection, it analyzes the important parameters of motor driving of belt pretensioning. And it has orthogonal experiment, range analysis of the results. From the influential factors, it is concluded that the optimal combination of parameters.Compared with the simulation on the model of the sled and pyrotechnical pretensioners model, the WIC of optimized model nearly 10%, effectively improving the occupant safety protection effect. Compared with traditional pyrotechnical pretensioners,the head injury index HIC36 reduces by 16.94%, HIC15 reduces by 20% Compared with the model of the sled,it decreases more than 25%. the active preloaded on the head protection effect is more obvious.
