Unmanned aerial vehicle data acquisition system is one of the key modules in the unmanned aerial vehicle.Due to more strict requirements for the real time and battery life performance of unmanned aerial vehicle,each sub system should handle the events rapidly under low power mode.However,the existing solutions of data acquisition system have the issues of high power and low speed,which limit the usage of unmanned aerial vehicle.In order to solve the issues of speed and power,the solution in this thesis is to integrate all the key modules such as ADC,embedded memories and so on into a system.With this solution,the impact of speed,noise caused by interconnection of these modules are greatly reduced.The power could be reduced by properly controlled embedded flash memory and power management system.The achievements in the thesis are described as following:1.A new solution which integrates all the key modules such as ADC,embedded memories and so on into a system is proposed.With the solution,speed is improved while noise and power are greatly reduced.2.A deep study of embedded flash memory in the MCU system is done.A new high speed and high noise immunity sense amplifier circuit is proposed.Novel pre-charge,self adjusted load sensing and regulation techniques are adopted to increase access speed and noise immunity under low power supply.Novel pre-charge technique improves the bit-line pre-charge speed by overcoming the current bottleneck during pre-charge phase.Self adjusted load sensing technique is to improve the sensing speed by positive feedback of cell current.New regulation circuit is to reduce the voltage swing of clamping voltage by a source biased diode.3.A word line voltage regulator circuit for low power embedded flash memories is presented to reduce the standby power of embedded flash meomory.The regulator circuit updates the word line voltage by monitoring its value dynamically with very low duty cycle,and therefore static bias current is avoided.With this regulator circuit,low power consumption in standby mode is obtained without access time latency penalty when exiting from standby mode.4.8bits MCU chip based on 0.11 um ultra lower power platform and 8051 core is designed,which is applied for high speed and low power unmanned aerial vehicle data acquisition system.The chip features with high speed,low power and high noise immunity. Test results show that packaged MCU could achieve the speed of 200MHZ@1.8v,and standby power of 0.3u A under typical condition which could meet the requirements of unmanned aerial vehicle data acquisition system.
