Composite high pressure cylinder is necessity of missiles and launching equipment and other equipments.It is also major part of missile gas system.Its design requires high reliability and security.Leakage is a serious fault often happened in high-pressure gas cylinders.It will shorten the trip of aircraft directly,or even lead to an explosion and so on.Therefore,it is of vital practical significance to analysis and improve design of composite cylinder combination.Aiming to fix the leak failure,simulation analysis and design improvement,and experimental verification has being conducted in this thesis.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)The structure design of composite bottles and exploding valve is optimized,and meanwhile,their main technical indicators are calculated and proofread.The thesis analyzed components manufacturability,assembly manufacturability and test process of the product.(2)As for fracture failure problems,screening and simulation analysis has be conducted to determine main failure factors.(3)The finite element model of Composite cylinders was built by Ansys,displacements and Mises stress distribution were analyzed in different work conditions under static loads,results showed that the strength of overall structure in different work conditions meet the requirements.(4)Based on the finite element model of composite cylinders built above,prestress modal analysis and random vibration analysis were conducted,results showed that,vibration mode of mouth was significant at high frequencies(1600-1900Hz);the biggest displacements of fracture and nozzle in x,y,and z directions concentrated mainly at 3 sections of frequencies(400-600Hz?900-1200Hz and 1700-1900Hz),and the biggest Mises stresses of fractions and nozzles were both less than the yield limitation of pipes.(5)Finally,the improved composite cylinder combinations were tested in real mechanical environments,which verified the rationality and validity of the structure design.This paper not only solved the composite cylinder combinations failure problem during their development,but also mentioned a simulation design and analysis method for this kind of products,improving theoretical basis of simulation for the cylinders designing.Besides,the work The design of had a certain reference value for simulation and development of similar products.
