Filtration technology is the key role in the water treatment technology,suspended impurities in water and attached bacteria on its can be removed after filtration.There are some problems such as large amount of anti washing water,high energy consumption,low water quality and the problem of land occupation in the conventional filtration process.At present,the research on filtration technology is focused on the optimization of the existing filter.Microporous ceramic filter is given more and more attention in the filtering process,because of its small filtration resistance,high precision,stable performance.This paper using microporous ceramic filter as the filter medium to study the removal of water pollutants characteristics in the filtration process,and study in practical engineering application and filtering effect.According to the technical requirement of filtration process in water treatment to design a filtering device,which have a large filtering area in unit volume,per unit volume of the automatic mud,small head loss.The diameter of microporous ceramic filter is 60 mm and70mm.Study on characteristics of microporous ceramic filter tube by the Archimedes method and bubble method.Through the study of microporous ceramic filter tube test of influent turbidity and flow rate on the filtration performance and studying its continuous filtration performance;Finally,we study the microporous ceramic filter in water treatment and wastewater treatment filtration characteristics and investigate the treatment effect in practical application.Through characterization test,60 mm diameter micropore ceramic filter porosity rate is21%,the bulk density is 2.72g/cm3,maximum aperture is 150?m;70mm diameter micropore ceramic filter porosity rate is 35%,the bulk density is 2.31g/cm3,maximum aperture is200?m.The preparation of micro polluted raw water on the design of the new ceramic microporous filter tube process filtration properties are studied,the results are as follows:1)The effect of filtration on the removal of ceramic microfiltration tube diameter 60 mm water turbidity is obvious,stable water quality,high removal rate;2)70mm ceramic microfiltration tube diameter filtration process can effectively remove the water turbidity,butthe pore size constraints,the removal rate of 60 mm is lower than the diameter of the filter;3)Water flow and turbidity of the new filtering technique of increasing water flow and turbidity are the filtration performance of filter is decreased,the turbidity of filtered water is high,the water pipe on the removal rate of turbidity is low,shorten the duration of the filter;4)Ceramic filter in water treatment applications,because of the filtering accuracy is not high,the water quality can not reach the quality standard of drinking water after filtration;5)In wastewater treatment applications,filtered water suspended solids,CODcr and BOD5 contents are low,meet the living complex the Water quality standards.Microporous ceramic filter based new filtering technique can be used in advanced wastewater treatment filtration process,it will improve the traditional filtering unit in treatment process.At the same time,the application of microporous ceramic filter will have a positive impact in the rational use of natural resources,protect the environment and save energy,it has broad prospects.
