| Metamorphic mechanism is a class of mechanism that can reconstruct itself and characteristic as variable topology and degree of freedom.The factors influencing the equivalent resistance gradient is mainly motion parameters(velocity、acceleration et.Al)、geometry parameters(mass、link-length et.al)、external force and torque when the metamorphic mechanism when designed and regulation the structure state transformation and movement timing in accordance to the equivalent resistance gradient model.If the influence factors are changed or random,metamorphic mechanism cannot move in accordance with the predetermined movement timing or cannot maintain a predetermined period of metamorphic.This will make the metamorphic mechanism occurs to the random working configurations and the appearance of the random working configurations will produce the impact and vibration in the process of transformation of the working configurations.Therefore,it is necessary to study the conditions and factors influencing of metamorphic mechanism generating the random working configurations and impact vibration in the process of the transformation of the working configurations.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduce the transformation way of the metamorphic mechanism and it mainly conclude structure-limited metamorphic、force metamorphic and geometry metamorphic.Then it studied the equivalent resistance gradient and it’s the foundation to analyze random working configurations and impact vibration in the process of the transformation of the working configurations.Secondly,it analyzed the randomness of the constraints metamorphic mechanism.Then we gained the influence of the active speed,two spring stiffness coefficient,force,torque and damping coefficient to the randomness of the constraints metamorphic mechanism based on Matlab software.Thirdly,Lagrange method is applied to establish the dynamic model and then is the dynamic analysis.We contained the influence of different factors to impact vibration in the process of transformation of the working configurations based on analysis of the displacement,velocity and acceleration signal by Matlab/Simulink softwareFinally,it introduce the application background of screening mechanism and the simulation model planar five-bar mechanism was established based on ADAMS software.Then it analyzed the movement character of screen box and random working configurations were applied to practical production. |
