Building Decoration Engineering Design And Construction Integration Research

Construction industry is a traditional industry, building decoration industry is a branch of the construction industry, its biggest characteristic is the product of ChanJianXing, each project has its own characteristics, but they have in common in the design and construction management. Increasingly complex with the rapid development of our economy, more and more large and medium-sized construction decoration projects, the current situation, how to do a good job in large and medium-sized construction decoration engineering, is facing the vast owners and construction enterprises urgently need to solve the problem. The traditional management way already can’t keep up with the needs of the development of industry. The purpose of this study is to predict and identify, analyze, construction decoration may occur in the process of project risk, in theory, and then to stable and orderly construction decoration engineering implementation feasibility and puts forward constructive countermeasures and Suggestions, to promote our country engineering construction decoration stable,healthy and sustainable development.Architectural decoration project implementation present situation in China and has exposed many problems in the process of implementation, targeted to resolve measures are put forward:(1) the architectural decoration project type complex, various forms,investment size difference is very big also, focus on analysis of large and medium-sized construction decoration design and construction of the project management problems.(2)in view of the architectural decoration construction enterprises in pursuit of profit maximization, for the purpose of the project cost, quality, safety and time limit for a project such as can not get effective guarantee, and other problems were analyzed, and how to reduce the occurrence of such a situation is given.(3) according to the owner need to submit a construction unit high quality architectural decoration project point of view, but in fact often produce investment continuously increase, the project cost over budget, time delays, and the quality of the project can not get effective guarantee owner may face the risk of problems are analyzed, summarized how to resist or reduce the occurrence of such risks.(4) the design and construction work by two units,construction enterprises can’t early intervention led to the engineering design phase, the quality of the design drawings and the ground level totally depends on the strength of the design units and participate in the level of the project designer. Discussed in this paper, the above problem, discuss how to avoid the happening of this kind of phenomenon, reduce the risk of such problems, put forward building decoration project design and construction integration management is scientific, and the agricultural bank of China Shanghai building project as an example, on the current construction decoration project how to carry out effective discussion on the integration of design and construction management.
