The Dalian Donggang distributed CCHP system is taken as an example in this paper, to forecast the cold, heat and electricity load in Donggang area, the gas turbine is selected as the prime mover, the waste heat boiler is supplemented, the sewage source heat pump and peaking boiler are supplement for heating in the large – scale and compound CCHP system.According to the optimization problem of the system, combined with the current regional environment, environmental policy, energy prices and other factors, considered the initial cost of investment, primary energy efficiency, environmental performance indicators and cost recovery period of several aspects, to construct a comprehensive performance evaluation index model.According to the typical operating conditions of distributed energy system in winter and summer, several schemes are put forward to meet the requirements of regional load. Considering the factors such as the number of equipment and operating load rate, the equipment selection, the economic index analysis and comparison, and the relationship between the energy price and the cost recovery period were studied. Finally, the optimal operation scheme of the system is proposed by solving the model, to ensure that the system is reliable, energy-saving emission reduction, economic and reasonable. The natural gas CCHP and sewage source heat pump combined large-scale and compound distributed energy system, is a new combination type of distributed energy system, the use of heat pump energy efficient features, not only to solve the regional hot and cold electricity Supply problem, but also greatly enhance the system's primary energy efficiency, with a certain degree of innovation and practical significance.
