Due to the large ships carrying capacity,it drafts depth and cannot sail inland for material unloading,so design an crane of offshore integrated transshipment platform which is also called mobile terminal to solve this problem.For the reason that the entire platform handling equipment is huge and in high degree of integration,and the working environment is relatively complex and harsh,the security is particularly important when the transfer platform is on.This paper does the researches of the design from theory,simulation and experiment.We research on the on-line monitoring and diagnosis of the stress state of the steel structure of the offshore integrated platform to realize steel structure stress on-line monitoring and to give specific results and corresponding instructions through the diagnosis given by BP neural network expert system.All is aimed to ensure the safety and efficient reprint operation of the whole platform.The main research work is as follows:In the analysis of work environment,handling equipment operation and equipment structure of the integrated transfer platform,we design the research scheme of the monitoring and diagnosis system,and use Pro/E three-dimensional software to establish the three-dimensional model of the ship's unloading and loading machine,and the belt machine in the platform on the basis of research and analysis.Considering the influence of the platform operation environment in the equipment structure,we do the research and analysis of the sea breeze's effects on the mechanical distribution and size of ship unloading machine's steel structure.Based on the above research,simulation and analysis of stress and modal shape of steel structure should be completed by linear static strength analysis and modal analysis of the finite element analysis software ANSYS.Finally,we will find out the weakness of the steel structure of the equipment or the area where might cause danger firstly,and then provide the basis for the optimal placement of the sensors.This paper studies and analyzes the working principle of fiber Bragg grating sensor and makes comparative analysis on different demodulation techniques ofsensors.The signal acquisition module of the monitoring system is designed in hardware and software,and according to the signal processing module,we study algorithm of the signal analysis and design FIR digital filter of the signal processing.For the reason that the whole platform owns lots of equipment and the degree of integration is high,the data transmission line will affect the normal work of the machine.Therefore,the wireless data transmission module(GPRS DTU)has been studied.On the basis of the study of data collection and expert experience,this paper researches and analyzes the structure and learning rules of BP neural network,and then designs the basic structure of the expert system of BP based on the neural network technology.It also designs the knowledge base module,inference engine module and the interpreter module.Finally,the effectiveness of the monitoring and diagnosis system is verified by field experiments.This research work finished the system of BP neural network technology.
