In order to improve the stability and security of platform lifting,the paper has launched a thorough research and analysis of the hydraulic lifting system of 90 m jack-up offshore platform.Based on it,a closed hydraulic lifting system which is a domestic gap has been developed,detailed mathematical model is given,the failure modes and effects analysis(FMEA)is summed up,and working conditions of the lifting system are analyzed by AMEsim,to verify the rationality and security of the design of the system.The paper provides reference for the domestic localization of jack-up platform pinion and rack closed hydraulic lifting system,the important works in the paper are as follows:(1)Jack-up platform of 90 m jack-up offshore platform's lifting system is comprehensively analyzed,working conditions of the lifting system are analyzed by AMEsim,and experience is accumulated for design of closed type hydraulic lifting system;(2)A pinion and rack closed type hydraulic lifting system which is a domestic gap is developed,and the detailed mathematical model is given.(3)Conditions of hydraulic lifting system of jack up offshore platform are established,according to the actual environment of various hydraulic components,to set specific parameter,and assures the correctness of the simulation results.Simulation analysis for the closed hydraulic lifting system of ship lifting,such as up/down pile,up/down ship,up/down pre-ballast,is validated the rationality of the design;(4)FMEA is summed up for lifting system to ensure there is a certain redundancy,any components failure can not effect the platform security,and verify the reliability and security of the system design.
