Reasonable removal intervals of civil aviation engine affect both the costs of airline companies and the flight safety,have an great guiding significance for airline companies daily operation.There are many factors affect civil aviation engine removal intervals,by studying these factors,removal intervals of the civil aviation engine can be predicted reasonably.Two factors affecting engine removal intervals are analyzed,engine washing and airport altitude.The prediction of engine removal intervals shall be based on relevant data and reasonable model analysis,this paper study two aspects as below.On the study of the effect of the engine washing on the removal intervals,original data was processed to eliminate abnormal points before the noises remained was eliminated by adopting wavelet tools,and a preliminary regression analysis was done to provide output for further regression analysis usage.According to the warning set of engine exhaust gas temperature margin which is given by engine manufacturers,extended wing time benefited from washing can be calculated by means of comparative analysis,and the removal intervals shall be postponed accordingly.On the study of the effect of airport altitude on the removal intervals,recorded QAR data in different altitudes are obtained,the data of maximum EGT and their durations under different flight conditions were obtained by data preliminary processing,parameters of high-pressure turbine section can be calculated based on processed QAR data and thermodynamics calculation,these turbine parameters would be used as input of the finite element analysis model to estimate creep life of high pressure turbine blades.It is found that the life of high-pressure turbine blades is shorten with the rising of airport altitude,and expected engine removal data could be produced accordingly.This study based on the two factors of washing and airport altitude has an great reference meaning on removal intervals prediction.
