The maintenance interval of civil aviation engines refers to the length of time between two engine maintenances.The structure of civil aviation engines is extremely complex.The maintenance interval decision involves many items.A reasonable maintenance interval can not only ensure flight safety,but also can make the maintenance cost the lowest.At present,they often use the manufacturer's MPD as a guide,and lack a deep understanding of the maintenance intervals.In particular,there is a lack of research on maintenance intervals.The maintenance plan interval established in this manner has caused the problem of “under-maintenance” or “over-maintenance” of the engine.This has also affected the safe operation of the aircraft and the maintenance costs of the airlines.The paper studies the extraction of borehole detection data of engines and the crack damage of the rotor blades of high-pressure turbines,and uses this as a basis for maintenance interval adjustments.ImageJ software was used to acquire the hole detection data,and support vector regression was used to analyze the influence of relevant factors on the development of crack damage to engine hardware damage.Firstly,several maintenance interval determination methods and the main influencing factors of engine maintenance interval were analyzed,and the maintenance interval adjustment method based on the acquisition of engine hole detection reliability data was proposed.Then,after preprocessing the image of the borehole image,the pixel and area statistics function of ImageJ software was used to obtain the hole detection data and error correction.Finally,the prediction model of the crack damage length was established based on SVR,and the reliability of the model was tested.The results show that the crack length varies exponentially with the change of air quality index,and it distributes in the logarithmic order with the variation of CSN,EGT and N1.Moreover,the contribution rate of each related influencing factor is quite different to the development of crack damage.
