The Study Of The Standardized Operation Management System For Substation

Standardized management of substation is a set of complete system of State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC)on the standardization of the substation management.It is well known that converting station takes on the primary mission to supply power for residential and enterprise power transformation.The level of substation management directly affects the image of power enterprises among the masses of the people.Therefore,the substation standardization management is very important.This paper is one of the branch projects of “Standardized Operating System for Power Supply” supported by SGCC.The system uses the C/S architecture design according upon the user requests.The database is applied in the SQL2008R2.At present,the system has been successfully applied in the local power companies in Shanxi Province.This paper mainly studies a variety of work flows in substation,analyzes the relationship between processes,designs and implements all the software system of substation standardization management,and uses component technology design,including adding,deleting,modifying,querying and other custom components.It finds a very effective way to realize the fast programming of the software,lays a good foundation for the designs of any other systems in the future.Experience has proved that using the software designed with custom components can achieve stable and reliable operation,easy maintenance,and save a lot of manpower for programming,which is one of the most effective methods to quickly complete the software programming.In this paper,the design of the substation standardization operation management system mainly includes substation operation,ticket management,work flow,first working ticket of transformer substation,second kind of work ticket for substation,site standardized operationmanagement system,first working ticket of power cable,second kind of working ticket of power cable,electric emergency repair order,etc.Because of the mutual support and correlation between the system and the system design the flow control algorithm shall be operated according to the actual needs from users.Through the research and practice of this subject,it is clear that the method of using custom components can provide good technical support for the research and development of the standardized management system software,which can greatly reduce the repetitive work of the development software,reduce development intensity and save development cost.It has been proved as an excellent software development method.
