Research And Practice On Standardized Management Of Generating Equipment Maintenance Process

Modern science and technology and modern management are not only decisive factors in improving economic efficiency, but also the preconditions ensuring enterprise security. Scientification and standardization of power plant equipment maintenance management are important means of production and management, as well as the important technical and economic policies to modernize the management. Good power plant equipment maintenance management not only ensures safety and economical efficiency of generating equipment, but also the key links during the whole process management. How to manage equipment more scientifically, improve equipment utilization, safety and reliability, low maintenance costs, has become an unavoidable issue for a power generation companies.The paper introduces the background and significance, proposes the research topic, summarizes and reviews both domestic and foreign related study of the theory and practice overall; then the basic concepts and features of the standardized management of generator maintenance, classification of generator maintenance strategies and models achieving standardized management are introduced respectively. Based on the theoretical analysis above, the generating equipment maintenance system has been designed in the way of standardization; three management subsystems, namely device management, defect management and quality management, are described in detail respectively to show the procedure; the corresponding WBS decomposition figures are also presented. Then, the meaning and purpose of standardized management of power generation equipment maintenance evaluation are discussed, and then the standardized maintenance effect evaluation index system is established, the fuzzy math and AHP are introduced to build the standardized maintenance effect evaluation model. Finally, with the conducting data on before and after the implementation of standardized management from the BS company, differences in the implementation of standardized management are compared and analyzed. Through the effect evaluation of power generation equipment maintenance standardized management in BS company, we find that standardized management can improve the power generation equipment maintenance better, and the quality of power generation equipment maintenance in BS company has been enhanced better. The implementation of the standardized management system may provide better support for the practice of the equipment maintenance and repairing, and can point out what is needed to improve and how to improve.
