Construction projects of various uncertainties exist in the process is the source of project risk, In China, the current risk management is still at the initial stage, project risk management research projects, particularly immature, it is necessary to carry out a more in-depth study, in view of this, the paper template structure system for the study, exploration and research project risk analysis and management more scientific and rational mode, provide a risk analysis, for it can make the contractor early stage in the project implementation the project would be the overall risk analysis as soon as possible to develop a preventive measure.The paper on risk assessment methods commonly used to do a comparative analysis, focusing on the level of analysis and risk assessment of the basic principles of operation of the process. On this basis, the use of AHP to an engineering structure system template identify sources of risk identification, risk to determine the source of all the weight coefficient, according to various factors on the degree of influence implementation of the project, specific preventive measures are put forward.The results show that AHP analysis of the data is basically credible, the results are relatively scientific, and risk analysis for the project can provide important quantitative indicators. Realistic prospect of watching from the engineering application, it is a more complete and feasible to use AHP in quantitative analysis and risk control measures.
