The building energy consumption accounts for more than one third of the total energy consumption of the community in China.Building systems which are increasingly complex require more accurate modeling methods in order to achieve energy saving strategic objectives.People often use temperature instead of energy to describe the cooling and heating information of the building environment,which neglects the influence of latent heat on the building environment,so there are great loopholes in the description of the building environment in an accurate,standardized and visualized way.At the same time,there is a coupling between temperature and humidity,so transforming the building control system into several single loop control systems is not a wise method.It is not only difficult to achieve precise control,but also is not conducive to the stability of the control system.In addition,the control process of the building system lacks the theoretical basis for the scientific layout of the monitoring points of the building environment.Therefore,the study of enthalpy-based building environment energy model and stable region provides a theoretical basis for the scientific layout of monitoring points and also plays a positive role in system stability controlling and building energy consumption reducing.In this paper,we analyzed the problems and difficulties existing in the model of building environment and studied the enthalpy-based building environment energy model in the combination of theoretical exploration and engineering practice.We solved the problem of unified modeling under complex conditions from the perspective of energy.Moreover,we found the regions where the enthalpy change is relatively stable using the clustering algorithm.In this paper,we studied the physical characteristics of the energy enthalpy and analyzed the conversion process of the specific heat of constant pressure,the latent heat of vaporization and the moisture content aiming at solving the problem that we cannot describe the building environment in an accurate,standardized and visualized way.Based on energy networking modeling mechanism and the energy concept,we analyzed an enthalpy mathematical model and explored a new direction for the single control of temperature and humidity which took sensible heat and latent heat into account.In this paper,we studied an enthalpy-based building environment energy model which solved the key problem of accurate modeling of the building environment.We found a breakthrough point from the direction of energy and combined the CFD precision modeling ideas and physical properties of enthalpy energy.Firstly,we built the geometric model of the building with the design idea of whole first.Secondly,we identified the boundary conditions of the building environment and chose the appropriate numerical calculation method.Finally,we dealt with the data taking enthalpy mathematical model as the core to design the enthalpy-based building environment energy model.In order to solve the problem of the scientific layout of the monitoring system in the building system control processing,we studied he enthalpy energy model data using the KM clustering algorithm and found the optimum clusters number;we chose the stability index according to environmental standards of tobacco alcoholization library in the tobacco industry and studied the enthalpy-based stability region based on this index,which provided the theoretical basis for the scientific layout of the construction environment monitoring point.Furthermore,we compared the stability region based on enthalpy,temperature or humidity and demonstrated that the enthalpy fully fused the temperature and humidity characteristics,and it can better describe the building environmental information than the temperature and humidity.In summary,this paper designed the enthalpy-based building environment energy model and clarified the research program to find a stable area,which laid a firm foundation for the stability of the control system and the building energy consumption reducing.
