Since the 1970 s world oil crisis,due to the improvement of people’s awareness of energy conservation,energy conservation and emission reduction research in various industries has been carried out in various countries.The construction industry is one of the three high energy-consuming industries in China,which are parallel with industrial and transportation energy consumption.The realization of “near zero energy consumption building”through a variety of technical measures will be an inevitable trend for the sustainable development of China’s construction industry and the achievement of “3060 carbon peak,carbon neutralization”.This paper analyzes the various internal and external environmental conditions of construction projects in cold regions,and designs and implements a variety of energy management and control technologies in demonstration construction projects,so that the building can achieve the goal of near zero and low consumption.First of all,based on the different types of energy demand and energy-saving goals of the building,a variety of building energy-saving technologies are scientifically selected by means of building energy consumption simulation software,and a humanized and efficient integrated energy management system is overall designed and built.Secondly,Combined with the climate and environmental characteristics of the local sunshine,the efficient solar photovoltaic system and solar thermal system are selected.The solar hot water subsystem is designed and configured to meet the needs of domestic hot water in the building.At the same time,the photovoltaic subsystem of smart microgrid is designed to make full use of solar energy to generate maximum power,to offset the energy consumption of other heating and lighting equipment in the building,and to achieve the level of ‘near zero energy consumption building’or even‘capacity building’.Then it focuses on the energy consumption subsystem : HVAC subsystem,lighting socket equipment and other electrical loads.After reasonable equipment selection and control strategy application,each equipment can effectively cooperate to reduce the overall equipment energy consumption of the subsystem,so that the energy consumption of the building can reach the design expected level of near zero energy consumption.In addition,through the detailed design of building energy consumption monitoring measurement and energy management control mode,the use of power supply and distribution,HVAC,lighting,water supply and drainage in the building are systematically monitored and measured.The accurate and detailed energy consumption data are used as the basis for depth analysis,statistics and diagnosis,and the building energy consumption data are truly and comprehensively displayed.On the basis of collecting historical data,the scientific method of BP neural network is used to predict the building energy consumption,and then the data is used as the basis to determine the implementation measures of energy saving scientifically and effectively guide the energy management system to schedule and control the whole building energy consumption.In addition,through the detailed design of building energy consumption monitoring measurement and energy management control mode,the buildings or buildings within the distribution,lighting,air conditioning,heating,water supply and drainage and other energy use status of centralized monitoring,to collect accurate and detailed energy data as the basis for energy consumption analysis,statistics,diagnosis,so as to truly and comprehensively grasp the actual energy data.On the basis of collecting historical data,the scientific method of BP neural network is used to predict the building energy consumption,and then find the direction of building energy conservation scientifically and effectively guide the energy management system to schedule and control the energy consumption of the whole building.Finally,various working conditions of the energy management system are comprehensively introduced to determine the functional zoning of the energy management system.It is proved that the energy management control system is effective and feasible in the application of near zero energy consumption buildings in cold areas.The implementation of this project not only realized the building’s energy saving and consumption reduction,but also played a demonstration role in the promotion and application of near zero energy consumption buildings in cold areas.
