Workshop Multi-source Information Intelli Sense Method Based On IPv6 Intelligent Terminal

Production workshop digital control is the core content of current manufacturing industry intelligent,flexible development.Multi-source information in workshop is the data base for realizing digital control and management of workshop,and it is difficult to acquire,transmit and share in real time precisely because of product diversification,process complexity and production flexibility.For the above problems and needs,based on the existing research results,a multi-source information IntelliSense method based on IPv6 mobile terminal was proposed,which included IPv6 mobile terminal,WSN optimization and XML information analysis and adaptation and so on technologies.Firstly,based on the status analysis of multi-source information sensing research at home and abroad,combined with the multi-source information characteristics of the workshop and the industrial application requirements of IPv6 technology,this paper carried out research on realization ideas,the overall structure,and multi-source information data flow of the method,which mainly include IPv6 mobile terminal information interaction mode,IPv6-based workshop wireless sensor network optimization configuration,XML information automatic extraction and adaptation technology etc..Secondly,based on the above ideas and the overall structure,the key technologies involved were studied,including contents below: the hardware and software structure of IPv6 mobile terminal were studied and the prototype IPv6 mobile terminal was developed;the optimal configuration method of wireless sensor network based on IPv6 was studied,the WSN node architecture constructed and the WSACH improved LEACH routing protocol was formed;workshop multi-source information intelligent perception and processing technology based on XML was studied and the formation of the workshop multi-source information metadata model was formed,achieved the workshop multi-source information automatic analysis and intelligent adaptation.Based on the above research contents,combined with the preliminary research base of the research group,this paper has carried on the preliminary experiment verification to the method and the key technologies.
