| The side of the garbage truck is commonly used in the current city,but most of the existing side of the garbage compressor is the quality of heavy,unreasonable structure,the safety factor is too high and so on.In this paper,according to these problems,the structural analysis and optimization design of the existing side of the garbage truck have been done.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In this paper,the existing side of the garbage compressor is the research object and ANSYS software as a research tool.Firstly,the parametric finite element model of the side of the garbage truck is established by using APDL language.The correctness of the finite element model is verified by comparing the finite element solution and the theoretical solution of the hinge force of the feeding device.At the same time,this paper completes the theoretical analysis of the critical parts of the claws and push head mounts,which lays the foundation for the finite element analysis.Then,according to the actual conditions this paper completes the machine model of the feeding process and the compression process finite element analysis.Based on the finite element analysis results,the model structure is improved and the weight is light.Secondly,the fatigue life prediction of the lifting arm in the feeding device is completed,and the material feeding device is not easily damaged from the predicted result,and the material is redundant.Therefore,the topology of the lifting arm is optimized so that the material can be distributed rationally.The lifting process of the feeding device is optimized.Finally,a finite element analysis software for side loading compressor is developed.The software interface user-friendly,simple operation can be used to invoke the ANSYS software module analysis,to facilitate the user on the side of the garbage truck structure optimization design.The research content of this paper provides a new idea for the design and development of the compression device on the side,and the reasonable lightweight and optimized scheme can reduce the cost and increase the benefit of enterprises,which has important practical significance. |
